Ogni guanto ha un telaio in pelle di capra da 0,6 mm a 0,8 mm, apprezzato per la sua leggerezza ed estrema morbidezza. Gli scudi in poliuretano a densità variabile sulle nocche aumentano il livello di assorbimento degli urti, mentre la combinazione di multistrati in pelle/microfibra sul palmo rende questi guanti durevoli e resistenti all'abrasione: gli STS-3 sono certificati EN 13594:2015 KP.
L'STS-3 è dotato di un robusto cinturino di ritenzione del polso per mantenerlo saldamente in posizione e di una serie di fori praticati nella pelle in aree chiave per offrire un eccellente flusso d'aria.
